Dr. Michael Majette is a native of Lakeland, Florida and has been practicing in Lakeland for seven years. Prior to completing undergraduate school, Dr. Majette originally had intentions of becoming a pediatric dentist.  While on the wakeboarding team at Florida Southern, he was involved in a wakeboarding accident severely injuring his rotator cuff and lower back.  Like many of his patients, Dr. Majette consulted with several orthopedic surgeons and pain management doctors to find relief from the pain he was experiencing.  After months, he was advised to see a Chiropractor in Lakeland.  Turns out that Dr. Majette's injuries made him a perfect candidate for Chiropractic care.  For the first time, he finally began to experience relief from the pain he was in without the help of prescription medication.  Through his experience, Dr. Majette became passionate about the benefits of Chiropractic and wellness care.

He graduated from Florida Southern College and Texas Chiropractic.

As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Majette is committed to promoting optimal health and the well being of patients by addressing conditions with a "whole body approach". This approach to care means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption and making whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments necessary to optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Majette and his staff, consisting of an Exercise Therapist, Nutritionist, Acupuncturist and Massage Therapists, are able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Majette is dedicated to raising his profession to a new gold standard in Lakeland, Florida by creating a legacy practice focused on achieving the best health possible for his patients and the surrounding communities.  He is the current president of the Polk County Chiropractic Association and is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Florida Chiropractic Association and the Texas Chiropractic College Alumni Association.
